Promote inclusivity and support for individuals from all backgrounds, regardless of criminal history, homelessness, mental health challenges, or addiction.
Purpose
We believe that everyone deserves respect, kindness, and compassion. We recognize that individuals from all walks of life face unique challenges, and we want to create a supportive community that welcomes and includes all people.

- Standing against discrimination and judgment based on any aspect of a person's background or identity
- Encouraging second chances and rehabilitation for those who have made mistakes

Work Credit Program
The Work Credit Program is designed for individuals experiencing financial hardship. If you are struggling to make ends meet and would benefit, you are eligible to participate.
Program Expectations
In exchange for participating in the Work Credit Program, you will be expected to complete 3 hours of service work per month.
Earning Work Credits
For every 3 hours of service work completed, you will earn:
- 60 work credits
- Valued at $20/hour =$60
Work Credit Cap
To continue earning Work Credits, use them before reaching the 180 Work Credit cap to ensure you can earn more.
